Work Process Development Methodology Aug2022.png

Work Process Implementation

  1. Establish a work process (A) with quality gates (B) and identify deliverables for each phase of the project;

  2. Train senior management and portfolio/program managers on the work process overview and their role in the execution process;

  3. Develop tools, templates, and information systems so that each project, program, and portfolio manager has prompt, secure access to project data;

  4. Train all project managers and project team members on how to apply the work process, use the tools, and implement the project management methodology;

  5. Use experienced project managers to coach, mentor & audit projects as they are executed to ensure continuous improvement of the methodology.
