Jim Benoit, CSO CSAJim Benoit, CSO CSA, is originally from Port au Port in Western Newfoundland and Labrador. He has worked over 30 years in the occupational health & safety field. He is a WCB Safety Certified Auditor, a Certified Safety Officer, and is certified as an ISO 9001 internal auditor.  Jim began working with Occupational Health & Educational Services (OHES) in Nova Scotia almost 20 years ago, and he  purchased OHES 4 years later.

Under Jim's leadership, OHES grew over 300% and became one of the recognized Safety Certified Program Auditing companies for the NS Workers Compensation Board. He has developed hundreds of Federal and Provincial safety management systems. Jim has conducted over 2000 audits, and provided various safety training at all levels and leads site inspections.
