Gary Kennedy, P. Eng., PMP
Managing Director

Gary Kennedy is President of Linear Project Services Inc (LPS) and Managing Director of the LPS Global Alliance. Gary is a registered Professional Engineer and certified Project Management Professional with a wide range of project experience in the contracting, consulting, utilities, and federal and provincial government sectors. His project involvement includes development of facilities for the offshore oil and gas industry, bridges, roads, buildings, harbour and port facilities, as well as administration over R&D (research and development) projects and technical feasibility studies. Gary holds a Masters Certificate in Project Management through Memorial and York Universities and received his PMP certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI). He is an active and founding member of the Newfoundland and Labrador Chapter of the PMI and has performed in leadership/committee roles in the PMI, Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Newfoundland and Labrador (PEG-NL), and various community organizations. Gary is also a member of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACEI).

Gary was elected Vice Chair of the Oil, Gas and
Petrochemical Specific Interest Group of the Project Management
Institute (PMIŽ).
Brian Wentzell, B. Comm., M.B.A., LL.B.
Manager - Contracts and Alliances
Brian Wentzell is a lawyer practicing law in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador. His primary areas of practice include corporate and commercial, contracts, commercial tenancies and real estate. He holds both a Bachelor of Commerce and a Masters of Business Administration and has experience providing business consulting services to a variety of sectors including residential construction, commercial leasing, site preparation, fish processing, big game outfitting and charitable/not for profit. These services include financial structuring/restructuring, human resources, marketing, R & D and intellectual property. He is also the treasurer of the board of governors of a St. John's radio station and has extensive experience in accounting procedures.
Julia Kennedy, M. Sc., Aud(C).
Office Manager, LPS Inc.
LPS is pleased to welcome Julia as Office Manager. Julia has several years of consulting experience as former Principal of Industrial Audiology Group Inc (IAG). Julia has a Masters of Science Degree (Audiology major), Dalhousie University, and Bachelor of Arts (Linguistics major), Memorial University of Newfoundland. She is Certified with the Canadian Association of Audiologists and Speech Pathologists (CASLPA). Through her consulting career, Julia has been involved in providing hearing conservation program services such as sound level measurement and analysis, custom hearing protection, industrial hearing screening testing, industrial hearing conservation employee training, and consulting to other professionals and workers regarding hearing safety in the workplace. Julia also brings with her extensive experience in consulting business management including project management for consulting contracts, accounts management, office administration, and business development.
